Things I am thankful for...

Good morning and Happy Thanksgiving. The scent of dressing/stuffing and sweet potato pie decorate the living room. The souls slowly gravitate to the table while Detroit Lions quarterback Matthew Stafford eludes another tackler. In the middle of a narrow cave known as the hallway, a confession is made. "Aunt Sally, I am sorry about that broken I Pod," the repenting niece says. "Ah it's ok, just another reason we do not need so much technology." Minutes later the family congregates to the table. Chairs scrape the newly waxed oak floors. "MMMM smells good," crops out of Uncle Charlie's hungry lips. "First things first," says the patron of the meal. After welcoming the family, "Well, I am thankful for..."
The ability to find new angles.
Having the passion to explore the past.
Discovering the possibilities and...
the people that make up the communities along the two-lane highway.
